We are driven by the mission to build a common language between companies and banks, in the transition to the irreversible paradigm of sustainability.
Trust is one of our values and, therefore, the first question we must answer is, why working with SFgo? Because we know both sides of projects: companies and lenders. We know the great value that exists when they speak the same language. And we can be the interpreter between them.
We combine experience in commercial and investment banking with national and international advisory in the areas of structuring, financing, credit risk assessment and management.
We know well the challenges lenders face, but also the needs and expectations of companies, therefore we help them find the right path to creating sustainable financing models for the right projects for those who invest in them.
We work to make an impact on the lives of our clients and we are passionate about our work.
I started my career in investment banking. Over these 20 years, I led several projects, inside and outside banking industry, which allows me to understand the different expectations of companies and the financial sector.
I had the honour of participating in the renegotiation and launch of PPP/concessions at the Portuguese State Technical Unit for Project Analysis (UTAP), I was a consultant for the European Commission and the Inter-American Development Bank, and I was an executive director at Banco Empresas Montepio, responsible for investment banking.
Whether on the banking or corporate side, I am excited about ambitious projects, and the idea that projects that are sustainable for the planet are more likely to succeed.
I am motivated to participate in this paradigm shift by supporting companies and banks on this joint path where sustainability and profitability can and must be synonymous.
I deeply believe in training as a tool for transformation — of people, teams and organizations. For over 15 years, I have been dedicated to creating impactful training projects aligned with the social, economic and environmental challenges of our time.
I hold a degree in Sociology and a Masters in Education, with specializations in Educational Mediation, Training Supervision and Gender Equality. I have supported companies and public entities in the design and management of capacity-building programs, as well as in the preparation of applications for EU funding (QREN, PT2020, PT2030, PRR, COMPETE, and FAMI) at all stages: from strategic diagnosis to implementation support.
At SFgo Academy, which I have the privilege to lead, I have developed training programs focused on human development, organizational culture and sustainability. I work with methodologies that are people-centered, rooted in meaningful learning and aimed at generating real value for both learners and organizations.
I am also the mother of three children — a role that inspires and transforms me daily, and strengthens my conviction that knowledge, when guided and well applied, has the power to build a more conscious, ethical, and humane future.
I began my professional journey at Deloitte, in the audit department, and later specialized in Project Finance within investment banking, where I worked on structuring financing for both national and international projects in sectors such as renewable energy, transport infrastructure, industry, forestry, and healthcare.
For five years, I was part of the Unidade Técnica de Acompanhamento de Projetos (UTAP), the Portuguese Administration body for PPPs, contributing to the renegotiation and launch of public-private partnerships and concessions. This experience allowed me to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, enriched by the perspective of the State as a grantor.
After a brief period as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Health in the XXIII Portuguese Constitutional Government, I returned to Deloitte, where I led projects in various areas of Corporate Finance, including M&A, valuations, financial modeling, business plans, infrastructure & capital projects, and, above all, Debt Advisory — the area to which I dedicated most of my time.
I am the father of three children — an experience that has strengthened my belief that knowledge should serve something greater and more enduring: projects that combine economic viability with positive social and environmental impact, creating real value for communities.
I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and began my career in the field of environmental impact assessment. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to lead strategic projects not only related to impact assessment, but also to water resource management and the integration of sustainable solutions, both in Portugal and in international contexts. This experience allows me to understand, in an integrated way, the environmental and financial challenges that companies face today.
I have had the privilege of coordinating studies for complex projects such as desalination, dams, water supply systems and energy projects, working closely with public and private entities, as well as investment banks, always with a strong focus on sustainability and impact mitigation.
At SFgo, I currently support companies and financial institutions in their sustainability reporting, integrating ESG criteria and European requirements, and advising them on the next steps for a sustainable transition. I believe that sustainable projects are the ones with the greatest potential to thrive, and that profitability and environmental responsibility can, and should, go hand in hand.
What motivates me is contributing to this paradigm shift, helping to build a future where sustainability and economic viability are truly synonymous.
I hold a degree in Architecture and Urbanism, a postgraduate qualification in Sustainability and Sustainable Business, and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Innovation and Research for Sustainability.
Throughout my professional career, I have gained cross-disciplinary experience in the fields of architecture and project management within companies from various sectors. These experiences have strengthened my interest in integrating sustainability into the corporate context.
I am driven by the opportunity to rethink sustainable development, seeking to reconcile economic progress with socio-environmental responsibility. I believe that companies play a decisive role in building a more sustainable future by aligning the economic, social, and environmental pillars. My purpose is to actively contribute to this path by supporting initiatives that combine positive impact with business performance.
I hold a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and firmly believe that people’s well-being can bring about significant change, not only at the individual level but also globally. I currently perform my duties with dedication and a strong sense of purpose, contributing to the efficiency of SFgo’s processes and motivated by the opportunity to take part in projects with purpose and positive impact.
I hold a degree in Accounting and have a strong interest in sustainability and in how it increasingly shapes corporate practices and strategies.
At a time when sustainability is no longer optional and has become essential for companies to grow and maintain market trust, being part of this shift is something I embrace with great enthusiasm.
I am motivated by the possibility of contributing to projects that combine positive impact with meaningful results.
We work to make an impact on the lives of our clients and we are passionate about our work.
