SFgo took part in the Observador Industry Summit, joining the panel “Overcoming Obstacles”, an event that brought together key players from the business ecosystem to reflect on the current challenges facing industry, competitiveness, and organisational sustainability.
Throughout the discussion, particular emphasis was placed on the importance of companies developing a long-term strategic vision capable of aligning growth, investment, and access to financing. The ability of organisations to prepare effectively for dialogue with the financial sector and to structure sustainable decisions was identified as a critical factor for business resilience.
The debate also highlighted an increasingly central topic in organisational development: leadership.
In a context of constant transformation, organisations require not only technical and financial capability, but also leaders who are able to create alignment, foster collaboration, and develop cultures built on trust, continuous development, and collective growth.
