SFgo participated, for the first time, in Negócios 2030, an initiative that recognises and promotes projects and best practices aligned with sustainability principles and with the strategic challenges faced by organisations and society.
The project submitted by SFgo was approved in the Health and Well-Being in Organisations category, under the theme “Empowering Leaders to Make SMEs More Resilient.”
The initiative emerges from the growing need to support leaders and teams in a business environment marked by constant pressure, emotional strain, decision-making isolation, and high operational demands, particularly within small and medium-sized enterprises.
The project aims to promote more resilient organisations through leadership development, the creation of peer-support networks, knowledge sharing, and the strengthening of skills that enhance decision-making, collaboration, and the human sustainability of companies.
This participation represents an important milestone for SFgo, reinforcing the company’s commitment to organisational development models that combine business growth, well-being, and sustainable impact.
