At SFgo, we believe that human development begins long before professional life.
As part of our Children's Day celebrations, we invited our team to revisit their childhood and reflect on a simple yet powerful question:
Which rights helped shape the person you are today?
Through this internal campaign, we reflected on how rights such as education, protection, family, participation, equality, care and play are much more than the principles set out in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. They are experiences that shape the way we learn, grow, lead and connect with others.
Each image in this initiative represents a unique memory, a personal journey and a different story. Yet they all convey the same belief: human development begins in childhood and continues throughout life.
At SFgo, we believe that tomorrow's leaders begin their journey long before they enter the workplace. Investing in people means recognising that human development is a lifelong process—one that starts in childhood and evolves throughout every stage of life.
Because more human organisations are built by people who have been given the opportunity to grow.
