Three years ago, SFgo was born with the ambition of supporting people and organizations in growing with more rigour, sustainability, and purpose. Since then, we have walked alongside companies, teams, and challenging projects, always seeking to transform complexity into clarity and concrete opportunities.
To celebrate our 3rd anniversary, we wanted to do more than just blow out candles: we wanted to live an experience that reflected who we are as a team. That’s how Mission 3.0 was born – a memorable day in Coimbra, designed as a true exercise in alignment, collaboration, and future vision.
Coimbra was the chosen setting for its history, for the way it brings together tradition and knowledge, but also for its energy as a city in motion, much like the projects we are involved in. Throughout the day, we walked through streets, squares, and emblematic places, guided by challenges, clues, and moments of reflection that invited us to look at the city the same way we look at our work: as a territory full of decisions, possible routes, and connection points.
More than a simple team-building activity, this mission was an opportunity to strengthen bonds, test our ability to communicate, trust, and decide together. Between laughter, deep conversations, small strategic challenges, and moments of pause, we confirmed what, deep down, we already knew: SFgo is made of people who show up, question, listen, and build together.
Celebrating these three years was also about pausing to acknowledge the path we’ve already travelled and, at the same time, to project the steps ahead. We want to continue being a close and demanding partner, helping to prepare the future with technical rigour, a strong sustainability mindset, and a clear focus on people. Mission 3.0 reminded us of exactly that: that our value lies not only in what we know, but also in how we work as a team and relate to those who place their trust in us.
We returned from Coimbra with stories to tell, memories that make us smile, and a team that is even more united. But above all, we came back with the certainty that this is just the beginning. The future of SFgo is built every day, in each project, in each relationship, and in every commitment we make with our clients, partners, and with our own team.
